Do I have to track macros forever?
No. We’ll use tracking as a temporary tool to build awareness and portion skills. Many clients transition to an intuitive structure once the foundations are solid.
Can this work if I train at home?
Yes. Your plan can be tailored for bands, dumbbells, or minimal equipment. Keep in mind that training at the gym is encouraged and will produce the best results.
What if Mondays are hectic?
You can submit anytime Sunday night through Monday at noon EST. I’ll reply on Monday with feedback and adjustments. Any check-ins sent after noon on Monday will result in a late response.
